Fees

 

Fees are standard rates for licensed psychologists in this area.  Discounted rates are available on a limited basis.  Cash, check, and most major credit cards are accepted for payment.  Please contact me for more information about fees.  

 

*Note: once clients enter psychotherapy or counseling with me, they lock in at the current fee, so that their treatment costs are guaranteed to never increase.

 

Insurance

 

Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan.

 

I am a preferred provider for Premera Blue Cross, Lifewise, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, and Tricare/TriWest.  If you are not covered by these specific insurance plans, you may still be eligible to use out-of-network benefits (if applicable) to pay for services.

 

 If you elect to use insurance benefits, please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

 

      · Do I have mental health benefits?

· What is my deductible and has it been met?

· How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?

· How much does my plan cover for an out- of- network provider?

· What is the coverage amount per therapy session?

· Is approval required from my primary care physician or a managed care representative?
